Printing Performance
• Abrasion Resistance: Withstands over 200 cycles under a 20 N ± 0.2 N pressure without significant smudging
• Steam Resistance: Maintains image integrity after 90 minutes of steam sterilization at 121°C, with no secondary transfer
• Alcohol Resistance: After soaking in 75% medical ethanol for 30 minutes, printed lines remain sharp with no fading, breaks, smudging, or ink clumping
• Anti-Stick Property: Film separates cleanly from the substrate during continuous printing without adhesion or dragging
Recommended Operating Conditions
• Temperature: 155–175°C
• Pressure: 0.3–0.6 MPa
• Dwell Time: 0.2–0.5 seconds
