• Steam Resistance: Withstands 90-minute steam sterilization at 121°C without secondary transfer or print degradation
• Alcohol Resistance: After immersion in 75% medical ethanol for 30 minutes, printed characters remain sharp and intact—no fading, blurring, bleeding, or breaks
• Anti-Stick Property: Clean separation from the substrate during continuous printing; no adhesion or residue observed
Recommended Operating Conditions
• Transfer Temperature: 160–180°C
• Transfer Pressure: 0.3–0.6 MPa
• Dwell Time: 0.2–0.5 seconds
