Product Details
Special BOPET production line dedicated to TTR, focusing on ultra-thin film production, capable of mass-producing high-strength 3.0μm-4.5μm ultra-thin films. The products have good transparency, high gloss, and excellent mechanical and thermal properties. In addition to providing high-quality base films for the company's TTR carbon tape production, a dedicated 3.0μm ultra-thin PET film has been successfully developed for use in composite copper and aluminum foils for lithium battery anode and cathode materials, as well as applications in capacitor films and 5G communication ultra-thin tapes, breaking the monopoly of foreign companies. It has been exported to overseas customers in the UK, Japan, and is currently being promoted across industries such as LCD displays, medical packaging, electrical products, and new energy.
1. Introduction to BOPET Products
BOPET is short for biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate film, a polymer film material with excellent comprehensive performance. It is made from polyester chips as the main raw material, through drying, melting, extrusion, casting, biaxial stretching, heat setting, winding, and slitting. BOPET has high mechanical strength, good rigidity, strong toughness, excellent electrical insulation properties, transparency, high gloss, non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, wear-resistant, fold-resistant, puncture-resistant, and tear-resistant characteristics, and is widely used in packaging materials, electronic information, electrical insulation, card protection, imaging films, hot stamping foils, solar applications, optics, aviation, construction, agriculture, and other production fields. Currently, domestic manufacturers produce polyester films mainly for the packaging industry, such as food and beverage packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, and some special functional polyester films for high-end fields like electronic components and electrical insulation. It has recyclability and sustainable modification.
