Recently, seven companies including Jiaozuo Zhuoli Membrane Materials Co., Ltd. were identified by the Municipal Science and Technology Bureauas the first batch of key cultivation units for the pilot test base in Jiaozuo City, Henan Province. The purpose of this work is tothoroughly implement the national and Henan Province policies on the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and to fulfill the work deployment of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government regarding the construction of the pilot test base in Henan Province, accelerating the promotion of advanced technology achievements to be implemented and transformed,strongly advancing the construction of the pilot test base in our city,and providing new forces for the "midfield" strength of Henan Province's scientific research team.
The pilot test base refers to platforms and carriers such as universities, research institutions, leading enterprises, and various development zones that rely on secondary development experiments of scientific and technological achievements, establishing and improving technical specifications, quality management systems, and corresponding industry access qualifications, providing mature, applicable, and complete technology for enterprises' large-scale production.And carry out intermediate experimentsof scientific research and development entities. Zhuoli Company will activelyplay the role of the enterprise as the main body of innovation, build and improve a modern innovation system centered on enterprises,accelerate the improvement of the pilot test base creation work, focusing on the mid and downstream of the industrial chain, and strive to open up important channels between laboratories and industrialization,accelerate the transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, enhance regional innovation capabilities, and promote industrial transformation and upgrading,strive tobecome the backbone of pilot test services in our province, forming a pilot test service platform with flexible systems and mechanisms and distinct service characteristics, achieving "scientific and technological achievements have acceptance, and enterprise needs have sources" throughout the province.
